Jerk Chicken Pot Stickers




1 lb. Jerk Chicken (leftover) - shredded

1 Cup Cabbage – shredded

½ Cup Carrots – shredded

¼ Cup Scallion – chopped

¼ Cup Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Hoisen Sauce

1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

1 Egg

20 Dumpling Wrappers

Soy Sauce.

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded jerk chicken, carrots, cabbage, scallion,

hoisin sauce, sesame oil and egg. Mix thoroughly.


2. How to make the Pot Stickers:

(a) Lay the Dumpling wrapper on a clean solid surface.

(b) Add 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture to the center of the wrapper.

(c) Wet the outside edges of the wrapper and fold the dumpling together and tightly

seal all edges.



1. Heat Olive Oil in Skillet over medium heat.


2. Place the dumplings in the Skillet and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden

brown.


3. Serve with Soy Sauce mixed with a little Honey or favorite Asian Dipping Sauce.
